Cancellation Policy
Cancellations should be at least 24 hours in advanced, however, unforeseen emergencies happen. To be respectful of other clients, please arrive 5-10 minutes early and do not arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment. Arrivals after 15 minutes will be considered cancelled. If scheduled for multiple services (i.e. manicure and pedicure), then arriving late does not guarantee all scheduled services to be honored due to time limits.
No-show appointments will be charged 100%. For appointments canceled within 24 hours or no-show appointments, we charge 100% of the service total.
